About Green World Foundation

Green World Foundation is a registered non-profit organization established in April 2018 by Seema Saini and Indra Raj Jat.

The Foundation began with a focus on addressing the growing use of chemicals in agriculture by promoting organic and sustainable farming practices.

Since then, Green World Foundation has expanded its work to include sustainable agriculture, plantation, environmental conservation, water resource management, climate resilience, market linkages, livelihoods and community empowerment.

We believe that lasting change happens when communities are actively involved in shaping their own future. Through practical solutions, capacity building and grassroots partnerships, we work to strengthen livelihoods, conserve natural resources and help rural communities become more confident and resilient.

Seema Saini

President & Co-Founder

Seema Saini is one of the founders of Green World Foundation and currently serves as its President. She co-founded the organization with a strong belief in sustainable agriculture and community-based development. Her work has been closely connected with the organization's efforts to promote organic farming, environmental initiatives and grassroots development.

Indra Raj Jat

Secretary & Co-Founder

Indra Raj Jat is a co-founder of Green World Foundation and serves as its Secretary. He helped establish the organization with a vision of addressing challenges faced by farmers through sustainable and environmentally responsible approaches. He has been part of the Foundation's journey from its early work with farmers to programs focused on plantation, organic farming and market linkages.
